Installing ClearSpecs AI on Azure DevOps Server

If you're running Azure DevOps Server (on-premises), you can install the ClearSpecs AI extension without using the public marketplace. This is useful for restricted environments or organizations with strict security policies.

1. Obtain the Extension Package

First, download the .vsix extension package from the Marketplace page. Use the button 'Get it free' to go to the download page.

Then you select the option to Download the extension for Azure DevOps Server. This will start the download of the file.

2. Open Extension Management

On your Azure DevOps Server:

1. Navigate to Collection Settings
2. Go to Extensions
3. Click Browse Local Extensions
4. Scroll to the bottom and click Manage Extensions

Depending on your permissions, you may need to be a Project Collection Administrator.

3. Upload the Extension

1. Click Upload Extension
2. Select the downloaded .vsix file
