All checklist data is stored within your Azure DevOps organization's infrastructure. We do not transmit or store your data on external servers.

Changes to checklists are saved automatically when you modify checklist items, ensuring data integrity and preventing loss.

4.3 Security Measures

We rely on Azure DevOps' security infrastructure to protect your data. The extension follows Microsoft's security guidelines for Azure DevOps extensions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal information or work item data to third parties. All data remains within your Azure DevOps organization.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Data Access

You can access all checklist data through the Azure DevOps interface. Checklist modifications are tracked through Azure DevOps field history.

6.2 Data Deletion

You can delete checklist templates and data at any time through the extension interface. Uninstalling the extension will stop data collection but will not delete existing checklist data from work items.

6.3 Data Export

Checklist data is stored in standard markdown format within Azure DevOps fields and can be exported using Azure DevOps' built-in export functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

This extension is not designed for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
